Source: legacy AI Academy. Covers instructor-led video courses and the badges earned from them. It contains no Section Coach platform activity — for that, use /v1/reports/coach.

Only employees with recorded AI Academy course activity are included, so an organization that did not use AI Academy receives an empty result — a header-only CSV or an empty JSON array — rather than an error.

Returns a report of employees with engagement metrics. Supports JSON and CSV output. Use time_period for preset windows, or from/to to filter by badge earned date (mutually exclusive). When from/to is provided, only employees with badges earned in the date range are returned and non-badge metrics are omitted.
