Only employees with recorded AI Academy course activity are included, so an organization that did not use AI Academy receives an empty result — a header-only CSV or an empty JSON array — rather than an error.

Returns a report mapping employees to their certificates. Supports JSON and CSV output. Allows filtering by time_period or custom date range. These are AI Academy course badges — not Section Coach skill certifications, which are reported by /v1/reports/coach.
