SCIM-first setup for HR and org data

Our guide for connecting HR and org data now leads with SCIM directory sync as the recommended path. If you use SSO with a SCIM 2.0 identity provider such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, your directory data (department, manager, and more) can flow over the same connection that already provisions your users. No separate integration is required. The Finch HRIS connector remains available as an alternative for customers who prefer to connect their HRIS system directly.

The SCIM connection guide has been expanded to match. It now documents the reporting attributes Section can receive, starting with department and manager, and lists other common org fields you can turn on through your Customer Success representative. It also clarifies that any SCIM 2.0 identity provider is supported, with step-by-step instructions for Okta and Entra ID.
