SCIM setup for other providers

The SCIM Connection Guide now has setup steps for SCIM 2.0 providers other than Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, such as SailPoint IdentityIQ. A new Other SCIM 2.0 providers tab covers where the endpoint and token go, the attributes to map, and how to send each person's manager.
Microsoft Entra ID customers who cannot send their manager's employee ID in manager_employee_id can now leave Entra's standard manager mapping in place. Section resolves the manager on its side, and you do not need to do anything else. Sending manager_employee_id is still the recommended setup.
