Roster endpoint for external identity governance

A new roster endpoint returns your organization's full account population in a single call, for use with external identity governance (IGA) systems such as SailPoint. Each record carries a stable Section account identifier, the employee identifier from your directory, email, name, and an account status of active or deactivated. When an account has been deactivated, the record also includes the time of that change. Both JSON and CSV output are supported.

Unlike the engagement reports, the roster intentionally includes deactivated accounts, so a governance system can reconcile who currently has access. Training and program activity stay on the existing report endpoints, and the two are designed to be aggregated together on the employee identifier.

This endpoint is in beta and is intended for customers who provision and deprovision through SCIM, where the account status reflects the lifecycle changes your identity provider syncs to Section.
