Filter the Accelerator report by Accelerator and date

The Reporting API has a new Accelerator report: POST /v1/reports/employee-accelerator-map. It returns one row per learner per Accelerator they have worked on, with start and completion dates and superpower progress.

You can now narrow the report with three optional parameters:

• accelerator_slug returns results for a single Accelerator. Slugs of earlier editions, such as basic-ai-proficiency, are accepted.
• from and to return only Accelerator completions within that date range. Both must be supplied together, and the range is inclusive in UTC.

Each slug is matched exactly, so completions of different editions of an Accelerator are reported separately. An unknown slug returns an empty result.
